SIX FRESH CASES
AVELLINGTON, Sept. 7. Six fresh cases of poliomyelitis-, all children, were reported in the Wellington health district today. They were a boy aged four, a boy aged two and a girl aged 12, a]l from' Wellington, and three girls aged four, seven and nine from the Hutt ATalley. A total of 40 cases during the past 14 days, ^as been reported in Wellington and of these 18 have been school children. Eighteen have been reported from the AA7ellington Central district, 20 from Hutt Valley, one from the Wairarapa and one from Plimmerton.
