Received Fridajy 7 p.m. LONDON, Sept.- 3. South Africa is closing her doors to imofiieiai" iinmigration. In future aJJ passengers to tlie Union intending to take up permanent residence there must fill in forms so tliat thej'' can be "sereened" before leaving Britain. A statement issued by the South African authorities in London laat night warned that those who don't pass through the "sereen" run tlie risk of either being refused admission as prohibited immigrants or having to pay tlie maximum deposit of £200 provided in the Dnmigration Act. *"
