WELLINGTON, 'September 1. Tiie local milk authorities coij.fereuce set up a local Milk Authorities' Association today. Ofbcers elected are: Chairman, Mr. A. S. Bailey (Auckland); cxecutive, Messrs. N. D. Anderson (Dunedin), J. N. Grant (Christchurch), J. L. Newman (Nelson), H. L. Wise (Lower Ilntt), J. N. .Tenlcins (Timaru), 0. V. Day (Palmerston North), T. VV. Hercock (Napier); secretary, Mr. N. R. Chapman (Auckland); solicitor, Mr. J. B. Johnston (Auckland).
