Price Of Superphosphate Reduced
- ' WELLINGTON, Sept. 2. A reduction of £1 per ton for superphosphate and a proportionate reduction for other phosphatic manures as a result of the exchange rate alteration was announced by the Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Cullen, today when opening the Dominion -.dairy conference. This reduction would apply "to all fertiliser delivered as from. August 31, and also covered stocks in the works and in merchants' stores. . - Aniending price orders would be issued at an early .date, said theMinister. it was a further reduction op the price reduced by 10sper ton as from JulyJL last.
