"The splendid discipline and.' eooperatiqn, " of the Austrian Government and people in their efforts to pxomote the re.covery of their country, were praised by Mr. Westmore Willrox, head qf the Amerigaji Economic Cooperation Admimstration 's special mission to Austria. Air. Willcox likpned the self-discipline of thp 4-UStrign people of that of the British and said he was confident that, in spite of the Four-Power occupation of Austria, coqditions ivould cogtinue to improve.
