French Use For Wool Furnishing
Interesting use of wool fabrics in upholstery is seen in the "Salons des Artistes Decorateurs" which opened in Paris last rnonth. Chairs are covered with wool fabrics in two shades — a bright blue may be used for the seats and an attractive yellow for the arms and piping. Wool curtains, wool covered sofas and, of course, wool carpets, all go to show that iNrance's supplies of ^ wool are improving, says the N.Z. Wool Board news service, and the interior decorators have only been waiting for this to take up wool as a furnishing fabric "de luxe."
