GORE, August 16. Charles George Thomson^' aged 24, timber worker, of Gore, formerly , of Orepuki, was killed almost instantly in the yards of the [Tnited Tradiug Company this afternoon when he was crushed bv a fall of timber. A large stack of timber caine over on him and scverely crushed his head and chest. Ile died before medical aid arrivecL
