LONDON, August 13; An Ameriean mission will arrive in London at the end of next week to diseuss with the Brjtish Government and particularly the Colonial Odiee the question of obtainin'gj supplies of raw materials which Britain has contracted to make available to the Ugiited States as part of the return for Marshall aid. ..The materials America particularly requires ,.;are manganeso, chromite, lead, tin, , copper, graphii e, jrabn oil .and eoconut, oil. The question of an .Ameriean financial contribution towards the costs of developing increased supplies of these raw materials froav British colonial territories will also ; jj e (liseussed.
