A fair yarding of 'stock came forward for Messrs. Abraham and. Williams' monthly sal'e at the Shannon saleyards on Monday. Stock sold slightly in advance .of previous local saies. "• Prices realised were as follows: — Sheep: 57 two-tooth ewes, r.w.S.D. ram, 55s; 115 woolly ^hoggets, 37s 6d. Cattle: Eight fat P.A. cows, £14; one P.A. ox, £22; fat cows, ex-dairy, £7, £7 10s, £7 17s, £9 Is, to £11 11s; lighter sorts, £5 9s, £5 15s to £6 10s; iweaner heifers, £2 17s 6d;* dairy cows, calved, £8 5s to £10; dairy cows, r.w.b., £8 5s to £9; dairy heifers at drop, £12, £13, £14 10s to £15 10s. Run cattle: Two-year steers, £10 16s; three four-year-old P.A. heifers, £11 10s.
