North Island Badminton
NEW PLYMOUTH, August 8. Wellington won the North Island final in the Wisden Cup inter-provinciai Badminton .contest at New Plymouth last night and will meet Otago, South Island winners, in a national" final. Eesults of yesterday 's matcKes were:-: — Semi-iinals: Wellington beat Taranaki by 10 matehes to 6, Wanganui beat Auckland 10 matehes to Final: Wellington beat Wanganui by 14 matclies to 2.
