A French frigate is now prpceeding to investigate the wreckage i h • i Tthe missing aircraft is a giant flying boat with six engines. It was flving from Murtiniqu.e to Dakar, with 52 people on board, and sent out a distr-is signal on July 29, from a position £011 miles east of Dakar. Other sigimis were received later, but an, extensi w search failed to flnd the aircraft.
