No Lime on Winning Pasture

Streeter, winlHT of the Freezing Company Cup in Ihe North Canterbury pasture ( ompetitions, in accepting his prize at the presentaticn ceremony in Christchurch. Previous speakers at ihe function had emphasised the vHue of lime in developing good pastures in Canterbury. Later, the winner of the Waikari Lime Compony's Cup, Mr. A. H: Baker, in thanking the donors for his prize, paid a tribute to the lime companies, which, he said, had done a great deal for farnlers.
