Received Friday, 10.20 a.m. LONDON* August 5> The . British* American and French Governments have irtstructed their ' erivoys in Moscow to ask for another interview with M. Molotov, accordiiig to Reuter's Pariis correspondent, quoting reliable .sources. . In Moscow, the British' envoy, Mr. Frank Roberts, conferred with^the United States Ambassador, Lieut.-General W. Bedell Smith, today. Mr. Roberts sent the British For-
eign Office a report on the consultations of the three Western envoys in MoscuW. Reuter's diplomatic correspondent says that a meeting of all the available Cabinet Ministers is likely to be called before final instructions are sent to Mr. Roberts to approach M. M.olotov or Marshal Stalin. The British Military Governor in Germany, Lieut.General Sir Brian Robertson. who has been conferring with officials in London on the Berlin situation, returned to Berlin by air today. . • •
