Received "Wednesday, 7 p.m. SYDNEY," August 4. ^ The primary industries will With^raw from production if the State or Federal * Governments intend to socialise the means of production, distribution and exchange. , This warning was issued today by Mr. H. "The eommunity must he prepared for a breakiown that will not be confmed to eoal, gas, electricity or transport," he added. "The seeondary and tertiary industries have been plaeed under the rule o-f a new politieal liostrum geared down to create conditions of chronic scarcity that is deliberately designed to be permanent. "A fataT flaw .in the . icleologies of socialism and communism is revealed - in the present situaticn which presupposes ■ that the primary industries will stay-in production regardless of politieal, social and economic circumstances. It must he obvious that the paralysis that hasbeen inllicted 011 seeondary and tertiary industries is bound to . precipitate a crisis in which primary production will cease. ' '
