The mdhthly meetihg of the Levin Women's Christian Tempei1ance Union was held recently, Mrs. Kennerle^ occupying the chair. Aftfer deVdtions the pledge was repbated, fdlldwed by the rbll cbll. Mrs. Plaster reported on a recent meeting held to further tlie G.W.C.A. building appeal. Arrangements were made to conduct an eSsdys dhd poster competition in the schools and colleges. Rev. H.. s. kings gave a taik dn various aspects of Christian work ip the caiise of temperance. At the conclusion of his address, Jie Was accorded a hearty vote of thanks. Members were reminded of the "pay tipi" sdcial to be held ' this Week. Afternooti tea, was then served by Mesdames Burnham, Trdtitian, Austin and Henskie. Prayer ahd the Behediction concluded the meeting.
