Spedking at the ahnu^l meetihg oi the Horowhenua Marching Assbciatibh last night, the hrdsident, Mr. W. R. Jack, annbuhCed thdt Mbssrs. Watts Mbtdr$, Ltd., had donated a valuable challenge shield fbr cbhipetition among Horowhe'ntia teams. Hiidsbn and Burnham, Ltd., N.Z. Beltin'g Co., Ltd., Mr. and Mrs. R. Beatty, Mr. and Mrs. D. Convery, Mi*. and Mts., W. Benfell; ,Mr, and ,Mrs H. F. Birley and N.Z. Woolpack and Texiles, Ltd. Numeroiis other supporters had dondted gold and silver medals, and to them the asSociation's thanks .were extended.
