SINGAPORE, July 29. Britain's new offensive arm against the Maiayan terrorists — special jungle scpiads — would be operating shortly, said Mr. Malcolm MacDonald, the IJigli Comniissioner for South-East Asia, at a eonference with Chinese leaders.
