LONDON, July 22.' The Four-Power- Oomniission investigating tlie future of former Italian colonies, has released reports on Eritrea and Somaliland. All four members agree that only about one-tenth of the Eritrean population favours a return to Jtaly. Of the remainder half favours . union with. Ethopia and Ihe other half wants indepepdenee, meantime favouring a United Nations trusteeship undAr a British mandate.. Britain, the TJnited States and Russia found that the lfuger part of Somaliland wanted a Four-Power trusteeship leading to indppendence in abopt ten .years. .The French delegate, did not subscfibp to tjii's view. TJie report js being circulated to interested eountries.
