The match against Riverbank at Lower Hutt last week resulted in a win for the Ohau Club by the narrow margin of six points. -■ Ohau thus gain the first leg.in the O. R. Shield. Possibles were scored by Ian Grey for Ohau and Mesdames Taylor and Nightingale for ■ Riverbank. Prizes were won as follows"«-r Ohau men: Ian" Grey 1, W. Mudge. J. McCartney and W. McKenzie 2 (equal) . Ohau women: Miss B. Grey 1. Riverbank men: M. Sapdholm 1. Riverbank women : Mesdames Taylor and Nightingale 1, Mrs. Harding 3. Consolation prizes went to Mr. and Mrs. Warcup, of Riverbank. A return match will be fired at Ohau' on August 7. "
