Mutiny On U.S. Ship Reported
Receivej} Tqesday, 11.30 a.m. LONDON, July 12. 1 The Unitet] States steamer William Carspn, from her position between Opprtp and Uisbon, radioed an SOS that the crew were mutinous. The report added: "Cannot control. Please come at once." The which has a crew qf 38, sailed from Genoa 011 July 5 for Nova Scotia.
