In Isaiah 9:6 He is a child born (but note), a Son given (not born). He is the promised seed of the woman. — Gen. 3:15. He was God manifest (to the world) in flesh when born of Mary. — Luke 2:7. Down through the ages great efforts were made to destroy the Royal Messianic Line-, and so the Royal Seed. Is it any wonder that false teachers, backed up by Satanic irifluence, are found in these last days launching an atiack on the Deity of Christ, denying that Christ was the Son of Gddi' Reader, it is impossible for any person to be saved who denies that Christ is the Son of God. Here read I John 5:5-13, also John 8:2325 — If ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins. BIBLE TRUTH Concerning The Son Of God Jesus was "a man approved of God by miracles and wonders and signs which God did by him (after His thirty years' preparation) in the midst of Israel" (Acts 2:22). Paul speaks of Him as "the man Christ Jesus" (I Tim. 2:5). He was tried and disciplined as Adam was, but succeeded where Adam failed. "Though He were a Son, yet learned He obedience by the things that He suffered" (Heb. 5:8). This precludes the idea of His being "very God." He was the Son of God, the manifestation of God by spiritpower, but not God Himself. "The life was manifested," says John, "and we have seen it, and bear witness, and show unto you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested unto us" (I John 1:2). God willing, a public address on these vital matters will shortly be delivered in Levin. Free "Christadelphian" literature sent to any address on application to H. W. Christie, McDonald Road, Levin.
