Personal Mr. W. Drew, of Rangiuru RoadOtaki, is spen'ding a fairly lengthy holiday at National Park. ' Miss Josephine Nicholsop, of Wellington, is spending a few days with her parents in Otaki. Mr. R. Henderson, Pu'piic Works foreman, Otaki Railway, is on hoiiday. ■ Mr. John Winterburn, of Otaki, has been discharged from hospital. His injuries were not as bad as at first feared. Mr. and Mrs. W. Anderson, of Ngaio Street, Otaki Beach, left for Auckland on Friday on holiday. The former, who is attached to the Otaki telephone exchange, has been in poor health lateiy, and it is hoped the change will be beneficial. Hockey Postponed Owing to adverse weatiier conditions, all hockey games scheduled for play on the Otaki Domain on Saturday were postponed. School. Football In a game played on the Otaki Domain on Friday afternoon, Otaki State School proved too good for Te Horo, winning by the decisive marwin of -31 — 0. Tries were scored oy C. Bird (1), B. Hancox (1), B. Jensen (2) and C, Taucher (5),-two of which were converted, by Jensen. Mr. W. H. Townrow was the referee. ... ■
