President Truman today predieted his victory over the Pewey-Warren ticket in the presidential election in Xovemlter, and said Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt would be an acceptable vicepresirfential candidate to run with hirn. The President added that he woul{l be renoininated 011 tlie first ballot at the Demoeratic Convention beginning at Philadelphia 011 -lulv 12. President rruman said he was nqf worried by the talk of the youthern States' reyolt Ugainst liim. • Ponunenting 011 President Truman 's reiuark, Alrs. Roosevelt said: "1 have 110 iutenfion whatsoever of running for any public ofiice. "•
