The dispute arose earlv this tuonth when the Waterside Workers' Uuipn ashed the Company to work its ships overtime - if other ships in port were doiug RO- Tlie ''oquest wa.s declined 011 the grounds that the weather at tfie time was showery and highly perishalde cargo, including flonr, was being discharged.
