WELLINGTON, July 1. The elder son of General A. \Y. T. Orsborn, world liead of the Hulvation Army, is one ' of * three officers coinitig from overseas shortlv to take up work vv.it h the Salvation Army in th( Dominion, nccording to a statemem made today by Brigadier H. .C. Goffii., publicity officer at the Arniy's N.Z. headquarters. The General 's son, Cap tain Howard Orsborn, is coming from Englnnd where he has beon doing Army work in a London suburb. He was 11. Wellington as a child 14 years ago whei. his father was chief secretarv foP tin Armv in the Dominion. A second appointment is Major J. Nicholson who sncceeds Brigadier 8. Haves in the oversight of the Army's youth affairs in New Zealand. Majoi Nicholson has been doing youth work in Loiulon and Liverpool. He is expect ed in New Zealand at the end oi September. A third arrival will be Major L. Rusher, of Melbourne, who succeeds Brigadier 8. Harris, editor of the War Cry. Brigadier Harris has been editoi in chief of Salvation Army publications in New Zealand for nearlv five years and will retire in September. Major Rusher is assistant editor of the Anuy's periodicals in Australia. Brigadier Goffin explained that the arrival of officers from overseas, was oifset by the appointment of New Zealand officers to other countries. Numerous officers from New Zealand. held im portant posts in 'many parts of the world including the Army's headquarters in London.
