Received Friday^ 10 a.m. SEOUL, July 1. - The American Army today released the translation of a co'nfiscated document detailing. plans for a Communist uprising in South Korfea eafly in July. The document Was confiscated on May 20 by' Chonju ^district poiice from two members, of the "Fljnng Fighter Group." It contains detailed instructions to membefs in the prepafation of the uprising. The document said: "Fighting will be started early- in July^ by which time- all Russian troops will be withdrawh from North Kofea. The People's Army will then come down to South- Korea and unite with the South Korean Labour Party. Weapons will be broughtin and guerrilla groups will continue the fighting until a unified government is realised." A high American source said it did not doubt the authenticity of the document, but Americans were not unduly disturbed.
