Can't Afford to Smoke So Much
LONDON, June 21. Britain has been . experiencing a shortage of cigarettes recently and. according to Mr. Harold Wilson, President of the Board of -Trade, the supply is likely to be smaller, than the demancl for a long time. ' ' The fact is, ' ' he said, ' ' that, as a ^nation, we are trying to smoke more than we can atford. " He added that Britain snould get more tobacco from Rhodesia this year but the amount would be small.
