Assistant Cubmaster Wanted For Otaki

The * First Otaki Boy Scouts' Association has issued an S.O.S. for an assistant cubmaster. There are 22 cufcs who attend meetings regu'layly, and it is felt that the 'lack of an assl'Stant throws an unwarranted strain on the cubmaster, Mrs. LHenwood. The cubs meet on Tuesday afternoons of each week and the meeting begins at 3.15 p.m. and ends abou,t 4.45 p.m. .,The work merely involves the supervision of the various groups of boys. The services of a male assistant Were. greatly to be desired, ' commented a member of the committee on Tuesday evening, but it was hoped that any person, male or female, interested in the position w.ould communicate with the secretarv or chairman.
