The Premier of Nortli Khine-West-phalia (Ilerr Kar! Arnold ) said 111 Ducsehlorf today that a meeting of the Western dennan Prime Ministers and the British and American Military Governors would he held next week to discuss the new Government which the Six-Powers Conferenee propused. Ilerr Arnokl said he wauted to make it elear before the meeting that the Eastern Zoiie must be adequatelv represented. ____
