Help had been continued to' Heritage, Institute for the Blind and Crippied Children Society, while thp annual picnic for the inmates of the Levin Farm had ag'ain been promoted. The club's present membership Iwas 28, said Mr. Todd. During the iyear two members had been lost, Messrs. W. Bodell and L. A. Whitham, bpth having glven up residence .in Levin. Three new i members had been welcomed. The flnanciql statement presented hy the. secretary-treasurer, Mr. L. A. Humphrey, showed a satisfactory pbgitiOn. The foliowing offlcers were elecred for the year cpmmencing on September 1 next: — -President: Dr. S. J. Thompson; vice-president: i Rev. H. S. Kings; directors: fyfesgrs. 'b. P. Todd, J. W. J. Jacpb, W. S. . Long. and N. A. Byrne; secretarytreasurer : Mr. L. A. Humphrey.
