CHRISTCHURCH, May 30. When she was knocked olf her bicycle ■ by a motor truclc near the corner of Ferry Road and Tilford Street at 7.45 last evening, a woman suffered injni'ies from which she died in hospital this evening. She was Mrs. Margaret Herne, aged 35, of Linwood. Mrs. Herne was thrown heavily to the road, suffering severe head and leg injuries.
