Chile's Complaint Nonsense, Says Gromyko

Mr. Gromyko told the Press that Chile'g complaint to the United Nations, that Russia was vioJating human rights by preventing Russian-born wives from joining their foreign husbapds, was "nonsense." fle added that it was not only a question of human rights. It was also a question of duty to the State.
