In line.witli the policy of bringing to the screen the lives of great men, Warner Bros. have announced that the story of the Wivght Jbrcrthers, Wilbur and Orville, will be filmed as a mijor feiature production. The dramatic story of the men who flew th'e first plane, was purchased by V(arners' 12 .years before the death of Orville Wright in 1947. « • a • ? : *r * - f
A speciai agreement with Orville Wright was "made that the picture would not be produced until after his death,. The producer of the picture is to be Hehry Blake, who produced .such'i historical films for Warner's as "The Story of Louis Pasteur" and "The Life of Emile Zola." With such a good man at the helttr as Blanke, the studio should produce a first cla'ss story, true to the lives and flying ordeals of these two pioneers of the sky.
