m> Eeceived Fridav, 9.50, p.m. SYDNEY, May 7. _ The Soviet Legation in Canberra ia calling on all former residents of three districts in Lithuania to register as Soviet citizens. Thongh this is reported to be part of the Legation 's oTicial task of lceeping a check of all Soviet citizens, f'ears are expressed that registration may be a preliminary ro the recall of Soviet citizens similar to tlis recent exodus of Yugoslavs. The result has an iinportant bearina on the large-scale immigratien of Baltic peoples. Austraiia " has recognised Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia as separate States despite their incorporatioi in the Soviet Unioa. '
