Croquet Club Elects New Officers.

At a wel'l-attended meeting of the Levin Croquet Club the following ofixccrs, were. el.ected for the ensuing, year:— Patron: Mr. H. B. Burdpkin; Pfesident: Nhs. W. Bull; vice-presidents: Mesdames Powell and Hojdaway; honorary vice-presidents: Mesdames Suhan, Sherwood and fiett; secrbtary: Mrs. E. Pine; treasui'er: Mrs, A. Mason; captain: Mrs. A. Mudgway; green supervisor*: Mrs. H.' Wenham; management committee: " Mesdames, Bjfil, Powell, Holdaway, Pine, Mason, Mudgway, . Wenham, Palmer, Dalzell, Fraser, Williams and Boulton; -green committee: Mes-^ dames ' Wenham, Mudgway, f-ime and Fraser; d'elegate - to centre: Mjs. Last. year a new rofier had been purchased and this season four- new sets of balls, , One tbe oldest members of the #club, Mrs. w. Lett, was elected a life member of the club. Several mat.ters of interest to the club were- fully discussed" and the meeting closed with a vote of thanks to- the chair.
