Control Council Reaches Stalemate
— — Received Tuesday, 9.55 a.m. - BERLIN, May 3. The Soviet representative on the Allied secretariat has i'nsisted thaf the minutes of the Allied Control Council meeting Mafch 20, .when Marshal Bokploysky walked out with the Soviet dqlegation, should " show the meeting only as adjourned, but the British, Ameriean and French representatives demanded that Marshal Sokolovsky's statement that "a Control Council no longer exists as an organ of fourpower control" should be written into the record. The disagreement has reached a stalemate. It is stressed, however, that the disagreement would not prevent another meeting.
