v MUNICH, May 1. The death has occurred of General Wilhelm von Thoma, foj:mer leader of tlm German Tank Corps and later c oraman d er-i n -chi ef in Nortli Africa. He was eaptured by the British near E1 AJamein in 1942, and was released from captivity only a f ew months ago.
