STALIN AT PARADE.
Reec-ived Sundav, 7 p.m. LONDON, Alay I. Stalin watehed the Alay , Day parade in the Red Square from the steps oi the Lenin mausoleum, says Aioscow radio. The Afinister for Armed Forces, Alarshal Bulgarin, took the salute while overhead Stalin 's son, the Air Major-General Vassiiy Iosifovich Stalin, commanded the air display whicii included jet aireraft of a new type ' ' flying at the speed of sound. ' ' Marshal Bulgarin, addressing the parade, said . Impcrialists opposed the Soviet Government's peace-loving poiicy. The peace-loving States could only ensure peace if they carried on an active struggle for it. He virtually mstructed the people to achieve "tiie fulfilment of the five-year plan in four years. "
