It is not yet known Whether this charge will be proeeeded with al Palmerston North on Tuesday, but Parnell will be held here to stand. his trial in the Supreme Court on the charges ni wliich true bills were returned last Alondav, unless the prisoner in the meamime reversgs his pleas to guilty in which case he probabiy would appear earlier before the Supreme Cottrt for sentenee.
