BRITAIN SUSPENDS BARGES IN SOVIET ZONE
Received Wednesday, 10. a.m. BERLIN, April 20, It is officially anhounqed that the ; British authorities have 'suspended1 barge traffic in the canals throught the Soviet occupation zone because : of the Russian regulations, which will require a new system Of documentation for barges. The British protested to the Russians, who replied that the British v/ould be notified when a new sys- ■ tem had been worked out.
