Atlantic coastal point- held by the anti Communist Costa Rican revolutionaries. The legion captured Limon last week in a surprise attack supporfed by planes. Reports at the s.ame time said the landing force 1 went ashore from Guatemalan^ships anil that the planeS were also of Guatemalan origin. Ecuador has closed its northern border to prevent the entry of "undesirables" from Colombia and pre cautions against reported Communist ■ activity have been ordered in Guayaqtiil. Meauwhile the latest flurry of sniping in Bogota has furtlier postpone'd plans for the Pan-Anierican Confercnce niov ing from its present suburban school headquarters to the partially repaired capital. Tliree soldiers and one civilian were kiiled in todavis strife in Bogota, bringing'to 500 a conservative estimate of the number said to have perished iu the insurrection. In another incident today the army tned to enter a house to recover wliat ! is believed to be-a store of loot. Civilians resisted and two soldiers and six civilians were kiiled, niaking the total deaths for the day twelve.
