Guy (Mr. Rhodes) v. E. Lord £8 2s, costs 24s 6d; A. Pacey, (Mr. Rhodes) v. L. Gallyer £5 17s 3d, costs £1 15s; Kerslake, Billens and Humphrey, Ltd. (Mr. Rhodes) v. L. O. Gallyer £6 5s, costs 30s. Judgment Summonses J. Fitzgerald was ordere'd to pay C. Sharp (Mr. Rhodes) the 'sum of £11 18s 3d at the rate of £1 per i month, in default 14 days' imprisj onment. L. E. Olliver was ordered to pay Wright Stephenson and Company j (Mr. Rhodes) the sum of £43 18s 4d iat the rate of £1 per week, in default 14 days' imprisonment., Jim Houlihan was ordered to pay J. W. Simcox (Mr. Rhodes) £13 9s 6d at the rate of £1 per week, in default 14 days' imprisonment. L. O. Gallyer was ordered to pay Edwards Hardware Company (Mr. ! Rhodes) the, sum of £4 17s 7d at the rate of £1 per week, in £'fault five days' imprisonment.
