The supreme hody will he permanent consUltative council of five Foreign Minister s' meeting at least quarterly in each capital in tuxn. Under the permanent consultative council will he'the permaent executive council— -the Ambassadors in London of Benelux ana France and a British representative to he appointed. This hody which will have a. full time secretariat and meets montiily in London, the first meeting to he on April 24.
