Henderson at jtresent in cliarge of all wool teaching at Lincoln Agricultural College. A meniber of a Southland farming family, JMr. Henderson is •11 years of age. He holds the degree of Bachelor of Agricultural Science. Tlie award of the bursary is in keeping with tlie Wool Board 's policy of eneouraging New Zealand seiontists to undertake research of lienefit to the sheep industrv so that their e.xperience will not be lost to New Zealand.' Oue of the conditions of the bursaries of which Mr. Henderson 's is the first, is that the holders must return to New Zealand at the end of their two years overseas' research and enter into the service of some approved organisation for at least tltree vears.
