INQUIRY INTO AIR COLLISION
BERLIN, April 10. ' The Soviet controiled German news agency announeed tonight that the Russian oceupation authorities had appointed a board of experts headed by Air General Alexandrov, to work with British experts in , investigating the Yiking-Yak crash. The Soviet Deputy Military Governor, Lieutenant-General Mikhail Dfatvin, replving to General Robertson 's note regarding proposals for investigating the collision, expressed perplexity at General Robertson 's "suggestionthat a disagreement should result in separate reports. " General Drat.vin added: "The submlssion of separate reports by experts could take place only if the experts had been previously briefed,in the spirit of an unobjective investigation.
