AGREEMENT REPORTED

NEW YORK, April 10. An agreement -has been reaclied at Bogota to form a eoalition governrnent of Conservatives and Liberals as a "possible solution" of the political impasse. This was announeed by the Colombian Vice-President, Dr. Eduardo Hantos, who is himself a Liberal leader and wlio is stopping in New York for a few days on his way horne from Paris.
