Reeeived Thursday, 8.50 p.m. MAJNTAGUA (Nicaragua), April 7. The volcano Cero Negra empted fiercely - to-day causing the residents of Leon City and other towns to flee hy the thousand. Special trains v are evacuating the inhahitants and the army is supplying food ana clothing to those who abandoned their farms. Crops are buried under thick sand and a-sh. The volcano 's flames are visible for forty miles. A series of eruptions began late last week.
