— * Mrs. Dofne oeeupied the chair at the monthly meeting of the Kimberley Women's Institute. A gif t . stall for CORSO resulted in some attractive coat hangers and other artieles being donated by members. For the following month each member was asked to make a t.avender bag, also to be donated to the CORSO shop day. Some attractive lavender bags were exhibited, demonstrating to members ways of making these saleable artieles, , It was reported that two 20 lb. parcels of food had been despatched to an English institute link and more will be sent this month. Mesdames Denton and Pickering were appointed delegates to the annual council meeting at Tawa - Flat.
