ROWE APOLOGIES
Received Wednesdav, 7.50 p.m. - BRISBANE, April 7. Edward J. Rowe, who has been in
gaol sinee Friday for gross contempt in .ordering the destruction of papers in a ballot orderedi by the Industrial Court, " was freed by tlie Court today. In a written statemont Rowe apologised to the Court and gave ah assurance that he would not again interfere with its processes. He said he believcd that the ballot was an infringement of the Federal Union poliey and that it was not heing properly conducted. He now roalised, however, that these questiona were irrelevant.
