WELLINGTON, April 7. Travelling fast from southern atitudes, two depressions reached .Vellington this morning and •hanged the weather sharply from 'ummer'to winter. The tempera.ure early this morning dropped from 59 to 45 degrees, the lowest tffis year. There was heavy rain for a short period.
